What happens if an organization reaches its quota?
When an organization approaches its project or member quota, an alert appears in the administration dashboard. Owners can upgrade to the next tier at any time from Organization Settings -> Billing. Existing CI/CD checks and API synchronizations continue operating without interruption.
Do read-only viewers count toward member quotas?
No. Any user who requires view-only access to browse specifications, explore the architecture graph, or review SBOM components can do so without consuming an included member seat.
What occurs if a subscription renewal payment fails?
diid maintains an automatic 14-day grace period. All CI/CD checks, alerts, and dependency graphs remain active while billing information is updated. If the grace period ends without payment, accounts within Free plan limits transition to the Free tier, while accounts above Free limits pause access until payment is resolved. Data is preserved indefinitely.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual plans provide significant savings (~17% off): €790/year for Team, €2,490/year for Business, and €8,988/year for Enterprise. Annual billing can be chosen during subscription creation or switched at any time directly in Organization Settings -> Billing.
Can subscriptions be cancelled at any time?
Yes. You can cancel a subscription at any point through the billing settings. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period, with no cancellation fees.
